TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
NO. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997
ON GOODS SUBJECT TO THE IMPORT TRADE SYSTEM

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE,

Considering :

a. that within the framework of increasing the smooth flow of goods and enhancing the efficiency of the domestic industry, it is deemed necessary to amend Attachment I to the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997;
b. that for this purpose it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.

In view of :

1. Presidential Decree No. 50/1995 and Presidential Decree No. 45/1997 on the amendment of Presidential Decree No. 50 on the Board of Logistic Affairs;
2. The Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997 on goods subject to the import trade system.

DECIDES:

THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON THE AMENDMENT OF ATTACHMENT I TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997 ON GOODS SUBJECT TO THE IMPORT TRADE SYSTEM.

Article 1

A. To amend Attachment I to the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997, serial numbers 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 19, 22 and 23, originally read:

Article 2

B. With the stipulation of this decree, all the other provisions laid down in the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997 shall remain valid.

Article 3

This decree shall take effect as from January 1, 1998.

For public cognizance this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia
